Program Training Notes:
(1) A FSBO may come in with a blank name if we were unable to find one but we always will have the address AND a phone number.
(2) If we are unable to find a name/number for an Expired, we’ll still send the address to you in case that has some value for you.
(3) If an Expired’s primary phone is on the Do-Not-Call list, we will leave the phone field blank AND put the phone number in the Notes field.
(4) Be prepared that on day one of the program you will be getting all the currently active FSBOs so depending on your county, you could get 100 or more leads to your e-mail or CRM.
