Leads + Concierge
Our Lead Qualifying Service reaches out to the guaranteed number of raw leads that we generate in your territory each month immediately via text and e-mail in a multi-touch campaign to compliment your outbound calling attempts. Our live team will interact with any responses until a buyer or seller confirms that they are in the market and ready to connect with an agent, then we send the transcript of the full interaction. You may send all leads to your team or elect to send only the ones our team qualifies with custom routing.
Raw Leads
This option requires the Brokerage/Team to have an existing ISA Team or some sort of automated texting and e-mailing to help convert leads. If you have your own Inside Sales Team responding to leads in real-time to qualify them for your agents, then this would be your plan. Receive a guaranteed number of raw leads for your team to qualify every based on the package selected. Raw lead data will be posted into your CRM and/or sent via e-mail if preferred.
