What are FSBO Leads?
As we’re sure you know, these are sellers who have listed their home for sale by owner. Over 90% of these will end up listing with an agent in the end – this should be you!
How Does the FSBO Leads Product Work?
On day one, you’ll get all the currently active FSBO inventory in your coverage area and then each day you’ll get the new ones as they come on the market. We scour the web and post out the new ones several times per day so you can be the first to get in front of them!
You’ll receive the owner name(s), property address, list price, phone number(s) and email (if found). You’ll be able to set filters to exclude areas if you don’t cover your entire county and set a minimum price filter if desired.
Like with all of our lead types, each lead will be posted to your existing CRM. If you don’t have a CRM, you can either receive an e-mail for each lead or we’ll post them to a Google sheet for you where you can easily see and manage them all at any time.
What are Expired Listing Leads?
As we’re sure you know, these are sellers who were listed with a real estate broker and did not sell. Over 90% of these will re-list and most of them sell with the 2nd agent after getting the home priced right and that can be you!
How Does the Expired Listings Product Work?
Each morning, you’ll get all the newly Expired Listings from your MLS for your coverage area. At no extra cost, if available in your MLS, you can include Withdrawn and Cancel status listings as well.
You’ll receive the owner name(s), property address, list price, mls number, phone number(s) (with indication if on do-not-call list) and email (if found). You’ll be able to set filters to exclude areas if you don’t cover your entire county and set a minimum price filter if desired.

No set up fees with our Lead Products, no referral fees, nothing but your simple, affordable monthly subscription charge. However, as noted in the product description, there is a set up fee with the Postcard Marketing add-on due to the setup complexity.
This varies widely by county and by lead type so it’s difficult to say. Small rural counties may see just a handful of FSBOs and expireds With larger, more populated counties, you’ll likely see hundreds of leads per month. If volume is low, we can reduce your monthly costs.
We’re not generating these leads in order to make them exclusive…. FSBO, Expireds and Pre-Foreclosures happen in your market. Our service is the convenience of finding those for you every day, finding contact information for them for you and getting these automated into your CRM or however it is that you want to receive them.
This is difficult for us to project for a variety of reasons…the data that we do know is that over 90% of FSBOs end up listing with an agent and same for expireds re-listing, so with our system and consistent follow up and processes, some of those listings will be yours! The key thing to consider is that with our low subscription costs, all you need is a couple of listings per year to have a huge ROI AND always keep in mind, for every listing that we help you get, it should lead to another listing at least from referrals, word of mouth, getting more lawn signs out in your market, etc.

Lead flow will start within 24 hours. Day one, you’ll get all the currently active FSBOs and then each day going forward, you’ll get the new ones that come on the market, posted 4 times per day if there are new ones throughout the day. For expireds, you’ll get new ones once per day in the morning.
All leads will have the owner name(s), phone number(s), email (if found), address, list price or estimated home value. There will be an indication if the phone number is on the do-not-call registry in the notes section so that you can decide if you want to call or not.
Yes, we have integrations or methodology to post leads into every Real Estate CRM…we’ve not yet been able to get leads into an agent’s CRM.
From what we’ve found and heard, our prices are favorable to our competitors. The data is essentially the same but how we package the data and easily get it into your CRM is an advantage for us.
